I am PhD candidate at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Philosophy, with a thesis on "The Concept of Happiness according to Aristotle and Thomas Aquinas" (Supervisor: Prof. Valentin Muresan) and founder of the Research Centre in Applied Ethics and the Centre for Medieval Studies from the University of Bucharest.
For quite some time, I have worked in the field of Business Ethics and Ethics Management. As part of my research and practice, I have developed an unique European training program for Ethics and Compliance Officers (similar to the US "Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer").
