Most companies and CSR specialists take for granted the fact that CSR programs contribute to profitability. Mr. Ducu’s presentation will show that, contrary to this common opinion, Corporate Social Responsibility is less profitable when consists in communication, PR, philanthropy or environmental activism. The real solution is to design and develop CSR programs as part of an integrated Ethics & Compliance Management System, one that reduces costs and increases profit through individual (employee) and organizational responsibility.
